On October 27th 2020, Mr. Zhu Dezhang, General Manager of Chipolbrok Shipping Company and secretary of the Party Committee, and Zhou Jifang, Director of Safety, boarded the Chipol Changan docked at Shanghai's Luoyuan Pier to visit the crew and exchange views with the ship's leaders. 

Chipol Changan is a newly purchased 33,000 DWT multi-purpose vessel, which is about to make its first voyage since joining the CP fleet. Mr. Zhu Dezhang and his team visited the cabins, messroom, kitchen and other spaces, met with the crew, asked about the condition of equipment and crew working and living standards. 

At the official meeting that followed, Mr. Zhu Dezhang, on behalf of the company's leadership team, first thanked the crew of the Chipol Changan for their hard work in successful handover of the ship, and affirmed the cooperation of various departments and units to complete the "Changan" "Yongan" two rounds of "cloud handover" during the difficult period of the virus outbreak. After listening to everyone's report, Zhu Dezhang put forward five requirements for the safe operations of the vessel: safe working environment, further enhancing of shore-based support for ships, maintaining the epidemic prevention, working together, strengthening risk awareness to ensure safe navigation.
