In 2020 Shanghai CP International Ship Management& Broker Co., Ltd (hereinafter referred to as CISMC) entered a joint-venture with Chipolbrok which holds 65% of shares. This brings new opportunities for the future development of CISMC and also provides a broader platform for the innovation, entrepreneurship and efficiency of CISMC. Through the joint efforts of China and Poland side to overcome the adverse effects of the epidemic situation, Capt. Piotr Krasnodebski had joined the CISMC as the Deputy General Manager. In Shanghai, on August 18th, under the leadership of Maciej Lepicki, the chairman of CISMC, he met his colleagues and formally came to work. 

Founded in 2000, CISMC was the first professional international ship management company in China approved by the Ministry of communications and Shanghai Urban Transportation Bureau. Since then it has developed into a comprehensive ship management company which focuses on ship management but also on chartering and ship sale and purchase. This year marks the 20th anniversary of the CISMC existence with more than 20 ships under management. In the years to come, the company aim will be to expand the core of the business actively and serve the ship owners with dedication and flexibility.
